When I put the NVMe drive back into the HP, it is recognised by the BIOS but not in Windows. I used the free version to clone ONLY the C: of a Lenovo laptop to an HP laptop (NVMe drives on both). We would recommend that you download the latest file, create an installation media from another. This could be caused by an outdated Basic Input Output System (BIOS) or chipset drivers.
